Annual reports before 1956 are in hard copy and are found in the Dictionary Catalog of the Research Libraries (by the corporate name); 1956-1968 (microcard); 1969-1977, 1996 (microfiche) are in call number *XLF-456. All publicly held companies are required to file annual financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). 10-K reports are available in microform from 1978 to 1996 in the call number *XLF-456. Microform 10K's for the years 1991 thru 1996 can be found in the Microform Reading Room.They are available on Mergent Online (EIC) from 1996 to date; and through the SEC's EDGAR database.
