The bulk of the collection is letters, dating from 1906 to 1949, to Sir Hall Caine, Marie Corelli, Susan Glaspell, Lady Isabella Augusta Persse Gregory, Clayton Meeker Hamilton, Sir Edward Howard Marsh, Sean O'Casey, Michael Roberts, Muriel Rukeyser, William Butler Yeats, and the literary agency James B.
