There are lots of reasons to recreate favorite restaurant recipes at home: a happy memory of a meal, maybe at a place that no longer exists, or the pure challenge of replicating a dish prepared by a master chef. To celebrate NYC Restaurant Week, we thought we’d share a list of cookbooks that focus on a particular restaurant or group of restaurants that should keep you cooking all summer long.
