New York Online Virtual Electronic Library

NOVEL is an online virtual library connecting New Yorkers to 21st century information via local libraries statewide. Some of the great databases provided by the New York State NOVEL program are Business & Company Resource Center, Health Reference Center, The New York Times, ¡Informe! in Spanish and Searchasaurus for kids.
