The New York State Restaurant Association [NYSRA] is a non-for-profit trade association working to promote, represent and educate the food service industy of New York State. NYSRA acts an an industry liaison with regulatory agencies that govern the commercial food service industry. NYSRA also acts as the "legislative watchdog" and is the officail voice of the food service industry.

The Trade Adjustment Assistance Center - sponsored by the US Department of Commerce - assists NY State companies respond to import competition. The Center partners with companies, offering a 50-50 cost-sharing of projects designed to improve a firm's overall competitiveness. The Center's funds are directly applied to the costs of professional consultants, engineers, and other outside service providers hired on behalf of the firm to develop and implement action improvement programs. The New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce (NYWCC) is a not for profit organization dedicated to assisting women, minorities and other disadvantaged individuals achieve success and economic independence through business, micro-enterprise ownership and self-employment. If you are an existing or start up business the experienced team at the Chamber’s NY Women and Minority Business Development Center and Microenterprise Institute can assist you successfully start, manage and grow your business to the next level. Not-for-profit Tax-exempt Financing Program - Build NYC Resource Corporation - Build NYC Resource Corporation (Build NYC), a local development corporation incorporated under the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, is administered by NYCEDC and assists qualified not-for-profit institutions and other entities in obtaining tax-exempt and taxable bond financing. As a conduit bond issuer, Build NYC's primary goal is to facilitate access to private activity tax-exempt bond financing for not-for-profit institutions to acquire, construct, renovate and/or equip their facilities.
