Opened in 1938, its main floor houses the adult, young adult, and children's collections available for borrowing and use in the library. On the lower level there are meeting and program rooms as well as a Center for Reading and Writing, a program for new adult readers.  The branch is fully accessible to persons who use wheelchairs.
