Haven't quite come up with your Halloween costume yet. Do you need to update an old costume or make one from scratch? Then join us on Tuesday October 28th at 3:30 p.m at Pelham Parkway Van Nest for a special costume workshop in preparation of our special Halloween event. Materials will be provided for kids and teens to create or customize their costumes. This program is free of charge.
