Get the neighborhood read. Check out what the librarian has recommended, and hear what others think about it. We've got the books, now we need you to talk!
At our next meeting, Saturday, June 15th, we'll be discussing The Road, by Cormac McCarthy. This story is about a father and his young son who journey south after the destruction of the civilized world. Their values are tested by encounters with other survivors, with only a few blankets and their love for each other to survive.
