Small meeting rooms are available at no cost for groups of 2-10 people working on a project together or meeting related to SIBL's business or science resources. Time slots are for one hour or two hours. Rooms are not available at all times due to library administrative uses.
To request to use a room, fill in all fields on this form and click to submit. Requests online require one day advance notice for use of a room during the same week. Group Meeting rooms may not be requested more than one week in advance and repeated use within the same week is limited.

Once you submit a request online, wait for a reply the next day from our staff who will confirm if confirmation is available. (Rooms are sometimes available for same day sign up but for same day use you must come in to the library in person to sign up. You may also call to request a group meeting room : 212-592-7029.
