Program Locations:
Local Law 87 is a new green building law enacted in December 2009 to improve the energy and water efficiency of New York City’s largest buildings, and requires property owners to energy audit and retro-commission their buildings every 10 years and submit an Energy Efficiency Report to the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) documenting the results.
