To explore and illuminate Arnold Schoenberg’s melodrama Pierrot Lunaire on the occasion of its 100th birthday, conductor Jennifer Peterson leads her company operamission in an interactive performance of the elusive masterwork, featuring mezzo-soprano Jennifer Berkebile. The performers join Schoenberg authorities, Fred Sherry and Kenneth Slowik in both verbal and musical interplay for this unique presentation.
