Zumba is a Fusion of Latin & International music combined with dance fitness moves to create a dynamic & effective cardio and toning workout.  Have fun while you burn calories, tone up, build endurance, increase energy and reduce stress.

Come in sneakers and comfortable exercise clothing and bring a water bottle.  Bring a friend too!
