Celebrate World Book Night with NYPL

April 23, 2013

Program Locations:

Mid-Manhattan Library

First launched in the U.K. in 2011 and having its debut in the U.S. last year, World Book Night was established as a way to encourage reluctant and non-readers to discover the joy of books and literacy. Join the staff of the Mid-Manhattan Branch of The New York Public Library as we celebrate the love of reading, one person at a time. Be our special guest in Room 101 on the library's 1st Floor. We will have many of the World Book Night selections on display. You can learn more about this international event and talk about one of our very favorite things: books!
