 Humphrey Bogart is "Mad Dog" Earle, a hardened criminal with a softer side, who is sprung from prison and heads a robbery attempt on a resort hotel.  This rousing gangster caper features Ida Lupino as the tough gun moll, and Joan Leslie as the lame girl Earle befriends.
