Tuesday Night Yoga

November 27, 2012

Program Locations:

67th Street Library

In this Basic-Level Vinyasa Flow class for adults and seniors of all ability levels, we break down the basics of individual movements and teach basic fundamentals.  We are geared toward the beginner, but great for students with more experience looking to further develop basic postures. It is our intention to get you moving so that you can feel the effect of the yoga, but provide extra instruction at a slightly slower pace to help you build your yoga foundation. Yoga mats are provided.

Brought to you in partnership with Compass Yoga, a NYC-based nonprofit that is focused on improving the health of all people by teaching the therapeutic benefits of yoga and meditation through free and low-cost classes and workshops. http://compassyoga.com
