What your dog is trying to tell you & Dog Park 101

March 30, 2013

Program Locations:

Inwood Library

Do you wish you could speak dog better?  Want to be able to better help your dog through the complications of the dog park, or even just a walk down the city street?   By learning to better read your dog's body language and simple ways to communicate clearer yourself, you can!

Dorotea Rivera-Field is the owner of Dot’s Dog Training & Pet Services. She has been a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT) since 2006 and holds shelter and rescue dogs close to her heart. Her shelter background left her with an awareness of the high numbers of relinquished dogs due to behavior problems that could easily be prevented through management, training, exercise, and proper communication. Her goal is to provide dog owners with the building blocks to a better relationship with their dogs, in a positive, science-based, and force-free method.

This program is sponsored by Inwoof, FTDog and The Bully Project.
