Prince of Motown: The Music of Marvin Gaye performed by Pop/Jazz Vocalist Cody Childs and His Trio

Pop/Jazz Vocalist Cody Childs performs the music of the legendary soul singer, Marvin Gaye. The tribute includes biographical notes on the singer's life based on the book titled "Divided Soul: The Life of Marvin Gaye" by David Ritz, as well as a performance of Gaye’s Motown classics such as "What's Going On?", "Mercy Mercy Me", "Can I Get A Witness?", "Little Darling", "Pride & Joy", "You’re A Wonderful One", " I’ll Be Doggone", "Stubborn Kind of Fellow", "Ain't Nothing Like The Real Thing", "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)", "Ain't That Peculiar", "Let’s Get It On" and "I Heard It Through The Grapevine". Cody Childs will be accompanied by his trio: pianist Roxann McDade, drummer Peaches Smith and bassist Debra Robinson.
