Do you like cooking? Want to create your own cookbook? Join us for a six week workshop class as you collaborate on a unique recipe book in time for the holidays. Start with a special recipe and personalize it with your visual imagination. Describe your favorit food with stories, photos, clippings and/or your artwork. Design interesting and informative double pages. Space is limited. Please call or come in to register for this class. All NYPL programs are free of charge.

Break a Leg Productions presents a staged reading of "Goodbye, Already" by Joel Greenhouse. Directed by Gerald vanHeerden. The story follows a highly dysfunctional Jewish family vacationing in the Catskills Mountains during the summer of 1962.
