"Fun with Pinocchio"

Come and join us for a special family program -- includes stories, games, and dancing.

Pinocchio was born in Italy in 1881 when Italian author Carlo Lorenzini, better known as Carlo Collodi, created the world famous puppet for a children's magazine.  Initially published in weekly installments entitled "Storia di un burattino," the book entitled "Le Avventure di Pinocchio" was initially published in 1883, subsequently published in more than 187 editions and translated into more than 260 languages.
