The Sedgwick Library will be closed from May 13 - 18 to facilitate Branch improvements. During this period we encourage you to use the Francis Martin Library at 2150 University Avenue (at 181st St.) or the High Bridge Library at 78 West 168 Street (at Woodycrest Ave.) We will reopen for regular service on Monday, May 20 at 10:00 am.

The Sedgwick Branch of The New York Public Library is located on University Avenue at the corner of West 176th Street. It is a modern building with an innovative circular community room cased in stainless steel and large windows that flood the library with afternoon sunlight.
