125th Street Library
The 125th Street Branch Library will be closing effective October 1st to facilitate branch improvements and will re-open sometime in early 2014. For the duration of the closing, items requested for pickup at 125th Street will instead be delivered to the nearby Harlem Branch, located at 9 West 124th Street. You may select an alternate pickup location for any items not already arrived or in transit to the Harlem Branch Library.
Donnell Library Center
As of August 30, 2008, The Donnell Library Center is closed. Please visit one of the other branches of The New York Public Library.
Hudson Park Library
The Hudson Park Library will be closed temporarily beginning December 16, 2013, to facilitate necessary upgrades to the building's heating and cooling systems. The branch is scheduled to reopen in May 2014.
During this temporary closure, we encourage you to visit the following nearby branches:

Mulberry Street Library, 10 Jersey Street (between Lafayette & Mulberry Streets)

Terence Cardinal Cooke-Cathedral Library
The Cathedral Library closed temporarily, beginning on January 6th, 2014, to facilitate necessary repairs to the building's facade. The branch is scheduled to reopen in September, 2014. During this temporary closure, we encourage you to visit the following nearby branches:
