Changes to Fee Structure

While our rates have remained stable for the last seven years, we must now make a few adjustments. Changes will become effective December 1, 2006.

Document prices for express, rush and next-day levels of service remain the same. However, the base price of standard documents will now be $18.00.

On the research side, our standard level of service has been lowered to $60.00 per hour to accommodate those clients who have the most flexibility in the timing of their research requests. Our other rates have been adjusted to $140.00 per hour for rush service and $100 for weekly service. Please note the change in terminology for our levels of service.

Electronic delivery fees have been streamlined. There will be a flat fee of $5.00 to e-mail, send by Ariel, or fax up to 10 pages, and $10.00 for each transmission over 10 pages.
