Susan Ginsberg-O'SullivanWe all start off the New Year with good intentions. We are ready to jump into action with our plans and then the voices in our head start; “I’m too old to change careers”  or “I don’t know enough”  Sound familiar?   These voices are loud, paralyzing and we believe them. They have the ability to stop us from moving forward and creating the life/career we want.  Is this where you are? Are you finding reasons not to take the steps needed to make change? Are you sabotaging your good intentions?
Susan Ginsberg-O'Sullivan discusses what it takes to move forward and how owning our stories of struggle give us the power to write a new ending.

•    Learn how to change the way we talk to ourselves when we struggle

•    Understand the myths of vulnerability and how being vulnerable is positive

•    Understand the metaphor of “the arena”; and what gives us the courage to step into the arena with friends, family, colleagues, clients

•    Learn how to give yourself permission to move forward
