Simon Brady discusses how the IRS identifies who is a foreign national for tax purposes (not as simple as you might think), the particular difficulties non-citizens face in the fields of estate planning, taxation and life insurance, and the extremely important issue of the reporting of accounts held outside the US. If you are here on a working visa, either already have or are considering getting a green card, considering a change of citizenship status or are married to a foreign national, the information in this presentation could prove invaluable.

Simon Brady, CFP® is a fully-qualified financial planner based in the New York City area. He has developed a particular specialty in the often complex and specific financial planning needs of non-citizens and expats in the United States as well as increasingly-complicated foreign account reporting requirements. Originally from London, Simon is both a UK and a US citizen.

Seating is on a first come, first seated basis.
