Event Details

Paul Holdengräber, curator of LIVE from the NYPL and professional conversationalist, sits down for an in-depth discussion with author Salman Rushdie (Two Years Eight Months and Twenty-Eight Nights) in a joint program of the Brooklyn Book Festival and LIVE in celebration of their 10th Anniversaries. The event will take place at 5:00 PM at Saint Francis Auditorium (180 Remsen St.)

Following this, the two beloved New York City literary institutions will continue  celebrating their 10th anniversaries with a competitive bracket-style ping-pong tournament of skilled, paddle-wielding authors. The tournament will be held at 6:30 p.m at St. Francis College (180 Remsen Street).

Both of these events are first come, first served and part of the Brooklyn Book Festival

LIVE from the NYPL is made possible with generous support from Celeste Bartos, Mahnaz Ispahani Bartos and Adam Bartos, and the Margaret and Herman Sokol Public Education Endowment Fund.
