The Library for the Performing Arts presents a tribute to Carl Schlesinger (1926  - 2014), the beloved organizer of “Tap Extravaganza.” Join us for afternoon of performances by many of today’s most acclaimed tap dancers, including Barbara Duffy, Megan Haungs, Traci Mann, Hank Smith, “Toes” Tiranoff,Karen Callaway Williams, accompanied by jazz pianist, Frank Owens plus a screening of the short documentary film Heart and Sole: 20 Years of Tap Extravaganza. 

The Library for the Performing Arts is proud to offer free admission to this program on a first come, first served basis. Admission lines form one hour prior to each program.  At that time one ticket is provided per person. Tickets are not available for advance reservation and saving seats is not permitted.
