Learn what makes a great brand and how you can transform yours into one that helps you keep your current customers and attract new ones.   Alan Siege discusses clear practices that you can use immediately to refine and strengthen your brand.   But even with an awesome brand and an incredible website, your company needs to set up financial systems. Naman Trivedi  explains how to do it right using case studies to illustrate the three essentials Cs: consistency, controls, and cash. 

Alan Siege has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pace University and a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College.  He is an instructor for the FastTrac Program, (part of the NYC Department of Small Business Services and the State University of New York SUNY) and an Adjunct Professor in the School of Professional Studies at New York University and the City University of New York.  

Naman Trivedi, CPA started Supporting Strategies – NYC to help business owners manage the accounting for their businesses.  He is a seasoned CPA and Entrepreneur with a 15+ year track record of success in leadership roles across various industries.
