Mezzo-soprano Susanne Mentzer, a star in the Metropolitan Opera’s new production of Le Nozze di Figaro, provides an unparalleled, behind-the-scenes look at her day-to-day work. Illustrated with self-taken cellphone photos, Mentzer will talk us through her life, from morning warmups, to costume fittings, to rehearsals and coachings with maestro James Levine.
