He represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex surrogate’s court proceedings, such as having a handwritten will admitted to probate, and guardianships. Mr. Schnapp has published in The CPA Journal, and has spoken at and co-chaired the New York State Society of CPA’s Eldercare Conference.
