She helps entrepreneurs in the tri-state area sell and buy businesses, in industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, businesses services, apparel, food, consumer products, health and beauty, and more. Sally Anne is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia.
 
David J. Leffler has worked for over 30 years with small businesses to help them on their way to success through relevant and timely legal advice. He has worked with companies in a variety of industries, with a large segment focused on web based businesses. Matters have included company formation, drafting of shareholder agreements and operating agreement, trademark applications, office lease review, sales of businesses, and documentation for fundraising.  Mr. Leffler was recently named a 2014 Superlawyer in the areas of corporate and  intellectual property law.
