Hear HERE: An Evening with Richard McGuire

Event Details

In 2009-10 at The New York Public Library's Cullman Center for Scholars and Writers, graphic novelist Richard McGuire began work on a book-length version of "Here," his groundbreaking comic strip set entirely in one corner a living room, in which the present engages in a constant conversation with the past and future. Please join us at the Cullman Center to celebrate the publication of this book and the accompanying exhibition of McGuire's work at the Morgan Library & Museum. We will hear McGuire talk about his research and see some of the Library materials he used in creating it. A reception at the Cullman Center will follow his presentation.
