Ronald Fatoullah Esq., Ronald Fatoullah & Associates, offers expert tips on legal issues concerning paying for long term care, Medicaid eligibility/planning, long-term care insurance, trusts, asset protection planning, and more. Designed for seniors and their families, his workshop  covers topics such as:  How to apply for Medicaid, the look-back period, asset transfer do’s and don’ts, setting up a Trust, the Living Will, Nursing Home Expenses, and the role of an elder law attorney.  

Ron Fatoullah is a certified elder law attorney who has been advising senior citizens and their families about the legal and financial challenges of aging for more than 25 years.
