The Harlem Arts Alliance's eighth annual HARLEM Arts Advocacy Week will kick off on Wednesday, October 1 and will culminate with a special joint meeting with the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce at the Schomburg Center on Monday October 6th at 6:30pm. The theme for this year is Destination: HARLEM and will explore, through a series of events, gatherings, and discussions, Harlem's cultural assets, strategic partnerships, and the creation of a Harlem Tourism Initiative. www.harlemaa.org
