STAY WELL EXERCISE PROGRAMS FOR SENIORS

- Tuesday, September 30, 2014, 1 - 2 p.m.
Join us for a fun exercise class for all ability levels! Senior volunteers trained by staff from the Health Promotion Services unit of NYC's Department for the Aging will lead participants in a well-balanced series of exercises for all ability levels. No special clothing or equipment is necessary. Those participating in the exercies must sign an activity release form.
