Money Matters @NYPL: Extreme Couponing: How to Save at Least 50% Everytime You Grocery Shop

Susan Samtur, the ‘Original Coupon Queen’ will show your library patrons how to SAVE AT LEAST 50% EVERYTIME THEY GROCERY SHOP!

Her presentation will advise shoppers on how to prepare a shopping list in advance and guide shoppers through the supermarket showing them how to shop smart, stay alert and aware of special saving opportunities, and to utilize coupons and sales to the very best of their ability. It also includes everything from refunds, seasonal savings, to store rewards, the latest in internet deals like electronic and printable coupons, finding coupons in unusable places, loyalty and frequent flyer programs and so much more.

Susan is a dynamic speaker and has given many seminars some attracting upwards of 300. She has written four books on couponing and refunding. Her original book Cashing In At The Checkout sold over one million copies.

Susan has also appeared on over 500 television shows (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and FOX). Her appearances include interviews with Larry King, Dinah Shore, Merv Griffin, Phil Donohue, Good Morning America, The Today Show, Fox & Friends, 20/20 and Oprah and Regis.
