New York Cares offers a variety of flexible volunteering opportunities which include helping people, animals, beautifying public spaces, youth service volunteering and more...

Before attending an volunteer orientation session, please register online or by phone:

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE:

  1. Go to www.newyorkcares.org/getting-started
  2. Go to Step 1 and Create an Account
  3. Sign-up for an orientation (45 - minute informational session)

HOW TO REGISTER BY PHONE:

  1. Call (212) 402-1101 Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm and ask to register for the volunteer orientation session over the phone.
