Arts Intensive Vocal Music program

New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center

The High School Vocal Music students in the Department of Education's Arts Intensive programvisited Friday morning, July 11.  It is the first of four programs in music that will come to LP for orientation and training on enhancing repertories.   Karen Burke and Bob Kosovsky showed them different ways to search for songs i the catalogue and the Song Index.  Barbara Stratyner worked with the Musical Theater students , showing them how to find scripts, CDs, DVDs, and books on musicals, theater and physical theater.  The students also visited the exhibition, Launchpad of the American Theater.
