Global Inspiration: New York Fashion and Textile Design in the 1920s by Tracy Grosner, Gallery Educator, Bard Graduate Center

Program Locations:

Examine Andean weavings, a Native American dress, and other fascinating textiles from the American Museum of Natural History that influenced New York designers in the early twentieth century, then create your own fabric stamp.  This two hour presentation and activity will be conducted by Tracy Grosner, Gallery Educator, Bard Graduate Center:  Decorative Arts, Design History, Material Culture.
