Fred Sampliner, President of S.S. Sampliner & Co., a commercial collection agency in business since 1935, will be elaborating on a variety of fact patterns involving collecting debts overseas and different strategies and techniques.   The presentation will be built upon cases in which S.S. Sampliner & Co. has successfully collected and how they handled those situations in different countries.  Compliance issues when collecting internationally will also be addressed.  The points of Mr. Sampliner’s presentation include:
