Mid-Manhattan Library

From the serene and remote landscapes of Alaska, to the steep rooftops of NYC skyscrapers, to the profoundly human drive to reach out into space, this illustrated lecture explores a selection of striking images from the photographer's recent work. Whether the subject is a rural village in India or a vertigo-inducing look down from a 40th floor, his work evokes human stories in a sometimes raw and almost poetic way.
