8 weeks -Culminating exhibition on May 7 at 11 a.m.

"Acting for the Fun of It” - Designed for anyone who wants to “take the stage” – in acting or public speaking!  Explore the elements of acting in order to free your creative self and increase your confidence. The tools and techniques of the actor’s craft are introduced through a wide variety of exercises, games, improvisations, short scripted material, monologues, and scenes. Use these tools and techniques to forward your acting career and improve your public speaking skills.

Frank Ingrasciotta (Actor/Playwright/Educator) Frank is the award winning writer/performer of the critically-acclaimed one-man Off-Broadway play Blood Type: RAGU.

These classes are being funded with support from the New York State Coordinated Outreach Services Grant.

Participants are expected to attend all classes.

                                                     Pre –registration Required 

Registration Starting on  January 13th @ 10:00 am, placement will be by lottery on february 19th @ 2:30pm.

Classes starting - Wednesdays, March 12-April 30 @ 10 am – 12 pm
