 RESISTANCE, an exciting play by Richard C. Goodman, will be performed by the Xoregos Performing Company.  Costumed in 1851 style. this play features characters: Congressman Thaddeus Stevens, Underground Railroad hero William Parker, a courageous Quaker woman and others. The fight ignited by the Fugitive Slave Act between the South and the Abolitionists is given dramatic impact. RESISTANCE, in its New York premiere, has a cast of eight superb actors and is directed by Shela Xoregos.
