Share

December 11, 2013

Program Locations:

Science, Industry and Business Library (SIBL), Conference Room 018
The heart of a job campaign is networking and the heart of networking is presenting yourself so that people see what you are made of and can imagine how you will be valuable to others.  This narrative defines you for your professional public.  In the 21st century it is no longer enough to say “I am an investment banker,” “I am an ad exec.”  You must brand yourself with your narrative.

Win Sheffield takes you through the steps of developing your narrative.

Learn how to:
  • Identify at the skills and abilities underlying your experience
  • Develop a brand that builds on past experience and towards work you want
  • Use a simple flexible template to connect your experience to a future in your current or your next industry
