This multimedia, bilingual (English/Spanish) program was created to help parents, caregivers, and volunteers support children’s early literacy development. Join the NYPL and Sesame Street for a special, interactive performance with Sesame Street’s Grover and Alan who will encourage children to sing, dance, and have fun with language. They will also share tips and ideas for everyday ways parents can help their children develop a love for reading and writing starting at an young age.

Volunteers will also be on hand to read Sesame Street stories aloud to children.
