YOGA FOR SENIORS IS NOW ON THURSDAY MORNINGS AT 11:00AM-12:00PM.

Join us for a free Yoga class designed for seniors.

All participants must sign waiver before they join in.

 

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. 
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
