Dig into Reading: a Summer Reading Celebration!

Share

August 23, 2013

Program Locations:

Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, Children's Center at 42nd Street
For children

"Let the wild rumpus start!" Join us for a "Wild Things" craft, food and prizes!  It's a final party to close out all the great summer reading you've been doing!

Don't forget to bring in a copy of your summer reading log.  If you have not already done so, register at www.summerreading.org and select the Schwarzman Building.  Participants may only attend the celebration at the library location where they are registered.  For children of all ages.

While you are in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, please take the time to visit our children's literature exhibit, entitled The ABC of It: Why Children's Books Matter, located in the Gottesman Exhibition Hall on the 1st floor.  Look carefully and you might find a "Wild Thing" waiting for you.
