Zumba with Miriam
Zumba is a mixture of merengue, salsa, cha-cha, cumbia, reggaeton dance mixed with exercise conducted by Miriam. Zumba provides an effective total workout where you can lose body fat, gain muscle, improve posture, alignment and balance and feel more energetic! Participants should wear loose clothing or shorts and sneakers.
Miriam is a Zumba certified instructor, AFFA group class instructor and ISSA personal trainer.
