Knowing Your Rights: Navigating the Special Education System

This introductory workshop equips parents to "walk the walk" and "talk the talk" of the special education system by teaching them to become advocates for their children and by familiarizing them with the most commonly used special education language.  Parents will also learn how to prepare for and advocate at IEP meetings.
