It’s time to learn what Modern Meditation is all about! This three-session course offers a comprehensive understanding of neuroscience and meditation in a way that you can use every day of your life. Created for those with little or no experience in meditation, each class teaches the basics of meditation and how they can apply to each issue:
May 4 – Remove Stress & Build Your Life – learn how meditation and mindfulness can remove and help to create calm amidst chaos and remove the bad habits that undermine your life.
May 11 – Expanding Awareness – learn to refine your relationship with the world around you for greater balance and growth.
