Program Locations:

St. George Library Center

Students will learn all the basics of drawing: line, shape, light & shade, perspective and composition. Each student will be asked to bring a treasured object that evokes a special memory for them. They will use it to do their final project; a still life drawing in charcoal. This series of classes will end with an exhibition of the student’s artwork which will be open to all.

The workshop will be taught by Kathy Fieramosca, an art instructor at the Art Lab of SnugHarborCulturalCenter. Ms. Fieramosca is also a portrait and still life painter and is represented by Portraits Inc., Sewell Fine Portraiture and Gallery 71 in NYC.

Participants are expected to attend all classes. Pre-registration is required.
